  Rich heating and cooling did a big job of replacing my air conditioning compressor and A coil. It was a satisfactory job. My second call to him was to fix my heat. I called at 8:30 in the morning, he called back at 3:30 pm. In the mean time, the house was cold. About 2 pm I called someone else for lack of response. A quick text or call back to say I will get back to you would have sufficed. I would have waited for him.
  
  When he called back at 3:30 he said he could come out but I told him I already called someone else because I thought he may be out of town. If his voice mail had indicated it takes 6-7 hours to reply and he was in the office, that would be fine.
  
  He said to me on the call that I “do not value his services. I was not faithful to his service”, then he hung up on me.
  
  He seems like a fair and nice guy. But hanging up at a customer is not the best way to get repeat business.
